Shipping policy
We ship your in-stock purchases after we receive payment from you. All orders will require 2 to 4 days for processing and shipping. For express delivery, please contact us. We do not ship on weekends or holidays. UPS shipping rates are determined automatically online by the weight of your order, size and shipping destination. Please note that web site orders can only be shipped within the United States. For international orders, please send us an e-mail. Please provide us with daytime and evening telephone numbers, in case we need to clarify your order. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes. If you provide an incorrect name, address, apartment number, state and/or zip code, we are not responsible for delivery, but be advised that UPS may make additional charges if, despite your error, it manages to deliver your package. In such a case, The Market Clipper will bill these extra fees to your account. The Market Clipper is not responsible for unsuccessful attempted deliveries, nor do we make any refund if this occurs.

Return policy / RMA / Refused packages
The Market Clipper offers a 10-day return privilege policy on select items.
All merchandise must be returned in original manufacturer’s packaging, unopened with manufacturer’s seal. All returns must be accompanied by “The Market Clipper” Return Authorization (RA) number. Please contact us by e-mail for your RA number. Please be sure to include your name, e-mail address, invoice number, product reference, reason for your return. Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable (including all refused/unaccepted packages). All packages refused by the recipient will be subject to a restocking fee equal to 15% of the full invoice total plus to and from shipping costs.
Tax
Items shipped in the state of New York are subject to applicable sales tax.
Gift Certificates
To redeem a gift certificate, simply enter the gift certificate number at checkout on the order form and apply the amount of the certificate to your order upon check out.
Promotional code does not apply for “Message in a Bottle” and Gift certificates.
We value your privacy. The Market Clipper will do everything we can to respect your privacy. Your e-mail and other contact information will only be used to ship your order, confirm your order, notify you of changes or updates to your order, and if you choose, to notify you of news, information and special offers from The Market Clipper. We will not sell our e-mail list for use by other companies. If you do not want to receive e-mail from us in the future, please let us know by sending us an e-mail.
If you supply a telephone number online, you may receive a phone call from us, if we need to clarify your order, you have a special request or you have contacted Customer Service for a specific matter.
